To achieve a greater sense of wellbeing, and to keep us strong and resilient, we can focus on a variety of areas. We can help you to be more accountable, both externally and internally, so that you can build a greater sense of pride in what you to and true feelings of success and progress. We can support you in achieving more balance, by helping you to look at your habits and systems and working out what needs to go, and what needs to be added in. We can support you to work out who you are as a professional and where you want to be. And we can provide a sounding board through periods of change.
We also enrich organisations by helping them to make sense of the world they’re operating in, and ensuring that wellbeing and resilience are placed at the heart of what they do. A stronger, more supported team means increased potential for everyone, after all.
RESILIENCE
What does resilience mean to you? Being ready to face adversity? Being well armed against difficult situations?
Well at The Clarity Hub we believe that resilience is more than that – it’s about making sure that you have the skills, systems and behaviours that enable you to tackle whatever comes your way. It may be that you’re looking to build your resilience because you’ve had a big set-back, like redundancy or long term illness, or it may be that you work in a demanding role where there are frequent high stress periods, or have returned to work following a childcare break.
If you’re feeling that you need to build your reserves, strengthen your capabilities and achieve higher levels of self-belief to enable you to tackle what lies ahead, then resilience coaching might be the right path for you.
We work with clients who come to us wanting to build greater self-confidence, or who have lost their way a little. Maybe they need to build their decision making capability, or are looking to change their outlook following a life changing event. By helping them to focus on what they CAN achieve, and enabling them to build a new personal narrative in which they can see a way to reduce the gap between what they think they can do and what they want to do.

WELLBEING
Recent times have given many of us ‘a run for our money’ in terms of self-esteem, self-confidence and self-belief. Changing times and uncertainty have challenged our resilience to its core.
Many of us get stuck in our heads, over thinking and living in a ‘what if’ map of the world which can create anxiety, impacting mood and behaviour. Some of us have missed connection and ‘belonging to our tribes’ – whether work or home and others have felt unable to take action, instead sinking into self-preservation and protection. Wellbeing coaching can enable you to rebuild passion, curiosity and resilience to take on the world on your own terms and make sense of feeling and behaviours which have emerged in response to unprecedented external events.
PERSONAL BRAND

ACCOUNTABILITY
Are you fully accountable for your actions? Or do you find it hard living up to your own expectations? If you’re a freelancer or consultant, it can be really tricky to hold yourself accountable, and to maintain the motivation to enable you to achieve your goals.
By working with an accountability coach, you can set yourself frameworks that enable you to achieve what you need to, by setting realistic and achievable goals and having someone who will regularly check on your progress, tackle barriers and difficulties by having a ‘sounding board’ you can talk things through with, learn from what doesn’t work so well by analysing those little setbacks we all have and working out how to learn and move forward from them, and be really ambitious for yourself through having someone who can push you to be your best and improve your performance.
SENSE-MAKING
The world is complex and constantly changing. But how do organisations make sense of the information and learning that flows from all this complexity and change?
Using a sense-making approach, The Clarity Hub works with Boards and Senior Management teams to enable them to understand the world in which they operate, and to find the information and frameworks that are most useful to them.
Sense-making can help organisations to learn from what is going on around them and respond quickly to that learning, to identify opportunities for development and build systems that enable them to be seized.
