FAQs
Got a Question?
If you are new to coaching you may have some questions…
Who does The Clarity Hub work with?
We work with a range of clients, both as individuals and through employer organisations, including those seeking an enhanced leadership role, those returning to work after a long period of absence through ill health, those seeking to find a greater work-life balance and those who are looking to refocus their careers.
For individuals the focus tends to be on achieving balance, clear pathways and resilience through a concentrated look at skills and competencies, and for organisations greater clarity on the world in which they’re operating, and systems that place wellbeing and resilience at the heart of growth and sustainability.
What are coaching and mentoring?
In a nutshell, coaching is a process that focusses on performance, supporting the client in their own learning and development. Mentoring takes the form of an ongoing relationship where the mentor can act as a guide as the client’s career develops.
Where do you work?
We offer face to face coaching where possible (we are based in the South West of England) and appropriate, but can also deliver programmes virtually.
How does it work?
We deliver set programmes or create tailor made programmes to suit our clients’ needs. Have a chat with us to discuss what you’re aiming for and how that might best be achieved.
When is it best to work with The Clarity Hub?
We work with people when they find themselves at a crossroads, seeking to identify clear pathways for their own development. We also work with freelancers and consultants on an ongoing basis, mentoring and providing both a sounding board and an accountability function. And we know what it’s like to juggle work with family and social commitments, and work flexibly to suit our clients’ needs.
